What it is for
A painkiller (NSAID) for joint pain, back pain, sprains and dental pain. Also used as a gel on the skin.
How to take it
Take tablets after food, for the shortest time needed.
Common side effects
- Acidity, stomach pain.
- Swelling of the feet.
Call your doctor if
- Black stools or vomiting blood.
- Very little urine.
- Chest pain or breathlessness.
Take care
Avoid if you have kidney disease, heart disease, stomach ulcers or are on blood thinners, unless the doctor advises. Avoid in pregnancy unless the doctor advises, and do not use it after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
