Where we deliver

Anywhere in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Your order goes with a bike delivery partner, so distance is not a problem.

When

We tell you the delivery time on the call or WhatsApp, after the pharmacist checks your prescription.

Charges

You pay the actual delivery fare for your distance, with nothing added. We tell you the amount before you pay. Collecting from the counter is always free.

Handover

Medicines go in a sealed bag. Prescription medicines are handed only to the patient or the person named on the order.

Cold-chain items

Insulin and GLP-1 pens leave the fridge only when the rider arrives, and travel in an insulated pack with cold gel packs. Put them in your fridge as soon as they arrive. Do not freeze them.

If nobody is home

We try once more free of charge. Cold-chain items go back into our medicine fridge until the next attempt, so they stay safe.

Pickup

You can always collect from the counter. We are open 24 hours.

Patients abroad

We send up to 3 months of regular prescription medicines to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, by an international courier. We book the courier for you and send it as your personal parcel, so you do not need to deal with the courier yourself. Each parcel is for the named patient's own use and carries the prescription, the bill and a passport copy. Controlled medicines, injections and fridge medicines are not sent. You pay the actual courier charge, shown before payment. Parcels usually arrive in 4 to 10 days. Customs in the destination country decides what enters: if a parcel is held, returned or destroyed by customs, the medicines and courier charge are not refunded. Start a request.
