What it is for
Lowers BP and helps the flow of urine in an enlarged prostate.
How to take it
Take the first dose at bedtime, because it can make you dizzy on standing.
Common side effects
- Dizziness or fainting when standing up, mostly after the first dose.
- Stuffy nose.
Call your doctor if
- Fainting.
Take care
Rise slowly from bed. Tell the doctor if you take sildenafil or tadalafil, as BP can fall too much. Tell the eye surgeon before cataract surgery.
