This notice explains what Caspian Pharmacy, a trade name of Caspian Lifesciences Private Limited, does with the information you give us on this website.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, delivery address if you ask for delivery, and the prescription photos you upload. For reminders, your mobile number and the medicines you name.

Why

To check and fill your order, to keep the records pharmacies must keep by law, to contact you about the order, and, only if you ask, to remind you about refills or tell you when an item is back in stock.

Patients abroad

For parcels sent outside India we also collect your email, your overseas address and a copy of your passport photo page, because customs and the courier need them. The courier receives only what goes on the parcel and its papers.

Who sees it

Our pharmacists and the staff who handle your order. Your order is entered in our pharmacy billing system. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Prescription and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires. Reminder numbers are deleted when you ask us to stop.

Searching

Searching this website does not need any personal details. We do not use advertising trackers.
