• Checked before you pay. Pick your country and add your medicines. The list shows at once which ones can go there and which cannot.
• One clear bill. Our pharmacist checks the prescription and sends one total, medicines at MRP plus the courier charge, with a secure payment link by email and WhatsApp.
• We handle the courier. You do not need to know how to post medicines abroad. A family member in India is named as the sender; we pack, book the courier as your personal parcel and send you the tracking number.
• Never run out. Tick repeat, and about two weeks before your supply ends we prepare the next parcel and email you the bill. Stop any time from your private parcel page.
• Packed for customs. Original strips, the prescription, the bill and your passport copy go with every parcel. It usually arrives in 4 to 10 days.
• Easier with a Caspian doctor. If you are seen by our doctors, in person or by video, the prescription is already on file.

What we cannot send

• Controlled medicines: sleeping pills, strong painkillers, pregabalin, gabapentin and similar.
• Injections and fridge medicines: insulin, GLP-1 pens and vaccines.
• For Gulf countries, also most medicines for mood, sleep and fits, and a few cough and erection medicines. The Gulf controls these strictly.

Please read. Each parcel is for the named patient's own use, not for resale. Customs in the destination country decides what enters. If customs holds, returns or destroys a parcel, the cost is not refundable. We send only what is commonly allowed, keep quantities within 3 months and attach every document, which keeps that risk low.
